After moving to this area, I had been to two other dentists before finally settling on Dr. Kim. He is very professional and thorough: takes time to explain the issues in detail so that you leave his office with no unanswered what-ifs. His supporting staff is outstanding. I don't know how they coordinate it all, but you never waste your time in the waiting room. They are so friendly that a visit-to-dentist even becomes agreeable.

Dr. Kim did quite a bit of work on my teeth. Including cavities, crowns and Invisalign as well. I have never experiences pain. He is passionate about his work. He explains in detail what he is recommending and he offer multiple approaches and suggestions. Miriam and Claudia are incredibly nice, super friendly, kind and caring. The office is equipped with all the latest dentistry gadgets. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim and staff to anyone in need of any type of dental work.

Doc Kim is honest and only does “work” that needs doing! I have been with him since 2002...as a result of his fine care, I have actually had long term success with my natural teeth with regular check-ups and cleanings.

I was happy to see the new COVID safety measures in place to ensure safety of every patients. The staff is very informed and will ask questions to make sure you are safe to make an appointment. The staff will greet you in your car and ask series of questions to check for any changes in your health along with temperatures scan before entering the office. Dr. John Kim is friendly and a perfectionist when it comes to his dental treatments. We have been coming here before having children and even with children he is gentle made their visit more enjoyable by having a wall mounted TV available during their treatments. My kids are now grown adults and have enjoyed their visits and were thrilled to get their INVISILINE’s instead of braces by Dr. Kim.

Newly reopened during the county’s pandemic recovery plan, they made me feel safe and comfortable. Probably safer there then going shopping at Safeway with a mask and proper social distancing. They had all the safeguards in place including meeting me in the parking lot to do a Covid-19 screening prior to going into their office. And of course my teeth and gums received their usual royal treatment.

We were visiting the bay area for a few days, then I got severe tooth pain that wouldn't quit. Claudia squeezed me into Dr Kim's schedule in time for us to make our flight. He diagnosed root abscess, prescribed antibiotics, pain diminished over the next couple of days, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our trip. My gratitude is boundless!

YES, going to the dentist can be comfortable and fun! As a 63 year old woman, I truly cannot recall a time in my life that I wasn't scared to visit a dentist. It wasn't until I discovered Dr. Kim that the entire concept of dentistry changed for good. After numerous bad experiences in the dental chair, I found myself looking for a new dentist in hopes of getting rid of my fears. Dr. Kim is superior in all aspects of dentistry. From cleaning and examining my teeth to re-building existing teeth into brand new ones!! He is kind, patient, understanding but most of all incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Dear Kim Family, We have been seeing the Kims regularly since the day Dr. Kim saved my 95 yr old mother-in-law's molar. Almost 20 years, now. The judgement and skills of the Kim family and staff are excellent. As always, my appointment of last week was amazingly efficient, painless and quick. I was in and out in less than a half an hour!! And, just so you know, I am thrilled with my new transparent, paper-thin mouth guard that reminds me all day not to clench my teeth. It's a huge help! Excellent service. Although I’ve moved to Oregon, I visit the Bay Area a lot and still have Dr. Kim as my dentist. They always fit any needed extra appointments into the timeframe of my visit. I also greatly appreciate being able to ask questions and his patience in explaining things until I understand not only what to do but why to do it.

Had my tooth pulled by Dr. Kim and the whole thing went perfect. Obviously there was some discomfort but 0 pain. I was able to fully function afterwards and there is no pain the day after. I hope I don’t have anymore issues with my teeth but if I do I’m seeing Dr. Kim

For over ten years, Dr. Kim and his expert team have provided top notch professional service for my family. He routinely takes time to explain next steps, pros and cons of his recommendations, and genuinely seems to care about us. My children (4 and 9) also enjoy their experience as they can watch cartoons on the ceiling while having their teeth cleaned and then choose a special item from the treasure chest. I always feel confident in following his advice on the best route to go when making dental decisions.

I had an emergency dental filling job performed by Dr. Kim, who has been my dentist more than ten years. An old filling fell off from an upper right tooth. Dr. Kim looked at it and finished the refilling job fast and painless in a very professional manner.

Never a mistake, never even a hint of doing everything in the best interest of the patient, even in emergencies. Dr. Kim once interrupted a vacation out of time to take time for a dental problem I have. Claudia, his right hand, is always the same, as is the rest of the staff. "Bending over backwards" for their patients doesn't even come close. For my husband's 98 yr old mother, the Kims saved her molar that a Scottsdale team had claimed couldn't be done. We be forever grateful.

He fixed ALL of my cavities (and I had a lot...even though I regularly went to another popular, local dentist every 6 months for years). Dr. Kim prepared crowns over my front teeth.
